The approach
Sealed intake, static screening, isolated review, and hash-bound dispositions make the artifact's state explicit. Streaming and bounded processing keep large-file inspection from becoming an uncontrolled memory problem.
Where it stands
The published project documents a staged download-safety workflow and signed evidence tied to exact bytes. Home Base uses the same intake approach for outside material.
The current boundary
A result of NO_FINDINGS is a screening result, not a guarantee that an artifact is safe. Review, adoption, and execution remain separate decisions.
