The question
Work across tools and long conversations needs continuity. A folder full of documents cannot explain on its own which source is current, what is unfinished, or who can authorize a change.
The approach
Project contracts, a registry, persistent notes, protocol routing, source ledgers, and recoverable task state keep the work inspectable across AI tools.
Where it stands
Home Base is the local environment used to organize product development, experiments, research, and reusable operating methods. Its portable framework is published separately.
